Morgan DeNicola is Executive Director of the DeNicola Family Foundation, which advances world health, humanitarian recognition, conservation, and cultural diplomacy while honoring committed changemakers.

She serves as Vice Chair of the Humpty Dumpty Institute (HDI), a New York-based NGO that fosters global dialogue through partnerships with the U.S. Congress, Department of State, United Nations, and international embassies.

Morgan has participated in congressional delegations to the United Nations and Africa, including leading initiatives inspired by visits to Malawi and Rwanda. These experiences spurred projects like the Cosmo Cares Mobile Healthcare Van, donated to support remote communities in Lesotho.
She contributes to the Steinberg DeNicola Humanitarian Awards, recognizing NFL figures for community impact, and supports scientific scholarships in COPD research at the American Thoracic Society conferences.

Holding a BS in Elementary Education from Long Island University (C.W. Post), Morgan is also an active board member of Elmwood Park Zoo in Norristown, Pennsylvania, promoting wildlife conservation and education.
